All members are requested to attend the meeting.

The 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Uttarpara Prerana has been convened to discuss and approve important administrative and financial matters of the organization.
Agenda:
- Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as on 31st March 2026.
- Adoption of the Income & Expenditure Account and Receipt & Payment Account for the financial year 2025–2026.
- Adoption of the Annual Report for the financial year 2025–2026.
- Appointment of the Auditor for the financial year 2026–2027.
- Election/Re-election of Office Bearers.
- Formation of the Governing Body for the financial year 2026–2027.
- Announcement of upcoming events with specific dates.
- Discussion on various organizational matters.
- Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
Important Note:
- Members are requested to report by 5:00 PM.
- The meeting will commence at 5:15 PM.
- Nomination for the posts of President, Vice President, General Secretary, Treasurer, and Assistant Secretary will be accepted from 03 July 2026 to 26 July 2026. Detailed nomination guidelines will be shared in the organization’s WhatsApp group.
