NOTICE is hereby given that the 18th Annual General meeting of the members of Uttarpara Prerana will be held on Sunday, the 24th August, 2025 at 5.30PM at the registered office of the organization at 12 Dr. Kamala Kanta Chakraborty Sarani, P.O – Uttarpara, Dist – Hooghly, Pin – 712258 to discuss the following topics.

To receive consider and adopt the audited Balance Sheet as at 31st March, 2025, the Income and expenditure & Receipt and payments for the year ended on that date and the reports of the Auditors and Office bearers thereon.

To adopt/receive Annual Report for Financial Year ended on 2024-2025.

To appoint/re-appoint Sri Ranjan Banerjee as Auditor for the financial year 2025-2026.

To elect/re-elect/select office bearers

To form Governing body for the financial year 2025-2026
